Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to the Neuroviai website (neuroviai.dev), the Neuroviai mobile apps, the Neuroviai desktop runner and the services behind them. By creating an account or using any of them, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Neuroviai.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Neuroviai.

2. The Services

• LinkedIn automation: generate posts and images, schedule them, and publish them to your own LinkedIn profile
• YouTube Shorts automation (Pro and Plus plans): create Shorts and upload them to your own YouTube channel
• AI Agents: Cold Mail writes emails into your Gmail Drafts folder; LinkedIn DM runs on your own computer, in your own browser, with your own LinkedIn session
• Pages marked "coming soon" are not yet available and may change

We may add, change or remove features. Some servers run on shared infrastructure and can take up to a minute to wake up after a quiet period; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Your Account

• Give accurate details and keep your login secure
• You are responsible for everything done through your account
• Tell us straight away at neuroviai.dev@gmail.com if you think your account has been misused

4. Tokens, Plans and Payments

• Generating content uses tokens. The cost of an action is shown in the app before you run it
• New Basic accounts receive a one-time signup bonus of tokens
• Plans (Pro, Plus): each purchase covers 30 days and adds that plan's monthly tokens. Plans do not renew automatically; to keep a plan, buy it again. You are never charged without making a purchase yourself
• Cancelling a plan moves your account to Basic straight away. Tokens already in your balance stay there
• Token packs are one-time purchases and do not expire while your account is active
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details
• Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy

5. Connected Accounts

When you connect LinkedIn, YouTube or Gmail, you allow Neuroviai to act on that account only as described in our Privacy Policy: publishing the posts you create or schedule, uploading the Shorts you create, and creating email drafts. You can disconnect at any time.

Neuroviai uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for following the rules of each platform you connect, including the LinkedIn User Agreement, the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's terms. Automated activity can lead a platform to limit or suspend an account; you use the automations at your own risk.

6. AI-Generated Content

• You own the content you create with Neuroviai, to the extent the law allows
• AI output can be inaccurate or unoriginal. Review content before it is published
• You are responsible for what is published from your accounts, including scheduled and automatic posts
• We do not promise any result, such as followers, views, replies or revenue

7. AI Agents and Your Own API Keys

• Cold Mail only creates drafts. You decide whether to send them, and you must follow anti-spam and email laws
• Contacts come from details people published publicly. Use them respectfully and stop contacting anyone who asks you to
• When an agent or the Shorts automation uses your own Groq or Google Gemini API key, that provider bills you directly under its own terms
• You can remove your keys at any time

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Neuroviai to:

• Break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy
• Send spam, or harass, threaten or deceive people
• Publish hateful, sexual, violent or misleading content
• Interfere with, overload, or try to break into our services or other users' accounts
• Resell, copy or reverse-engineer the service

9. Our Intellectual Property

The Neuroviai software, design and brand belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service under these Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other users or our services at risk. You can stop using Neuroviai at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Neuroviai is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost data, revenue, business or account access on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use Neuroviai after a change means you accept it.
